DCC data policy

By Registering, you authorize INSTABUXX to:

1. Collect all personal, work and financial information as supplied by you.
2. Obtain a credit report containing personal financial & credit information in relation to you from a Credit Agency;
3. Utilize the credit report to assist in the assessment of any loan or credit application by you;
4. Exchange personal financial and credit information in relation to you with other credit providers including details of loans obtained from INSTABUXX; and
5. Inform a Credit Reporting Agency of any default in repayment of the credit provided to you.

We may disclose your personal information to:

1. other organisations to help us to assess financial risk or to recover debt;
2. credit reference agencies;
3. other members of the Zacq Industries Network including Zacq Industries advisers, consultants or service providers, any of our subsidiaries or representatives;
4. any authority, regulator or government agency in any jurisdiction as INSTABUXX may in its absolute discretion consider appropriate, necessary or advisable;
5. other organisations to assist us in compliance obligations in respect of sanctions, anti-moneys laundering, counter-terrorism financing and proceeds of crime;
6. to Tax agencies for tax compliance purposes.

You acknowledge that the information you supply to us within this agreement is true and correct in every particular.

Your information will be retained for a term of 5 years.
If you have defaults with us, it will be retained for 10 years.

By registering, you also authorise us to share your personal, work, financial and credit information with Dinau Control Centre Limited and its parters or associates.
